Sets of several block-containers can be assembled as one- or two-storey buildings under a common single-, double-, three-, or four-pitched roof made of metal shingles or polymer-coated galvanized shaped sheets, or without a common roofing.
The freestanding or interconnected block-container based buildings can be furnished with all internal utility engineering systems and services: hot and cold water supply system, sewage system, electrical-, hot water- and steam heating systems, electric power supply system, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, fire alarm systems and fire extinguishing system.
